A technician arrives
On site, fixes or installs it, tests it with you and leaves everything tidy.
We read every request ourselves. If we need more detail - an error code, a floor plan, the make of a printer - we ask when we reply. Nothing is booked until you're happy with the time and the cost.
Business enquiries
For projects - cabling for a fit-out, a new network, a server replacement, an office move - email us the scope or a floor plan and we'll arrange to look at the site and quote. Tell us your trading hours and anything that can't be interrupted, and we'll plan around it. After-hours work can be arranged for business jobs.
If another IT provider, builder or electrician is involved, include their details and we'll coordinate with them directly.
Home enquiries
For help at home, a couple of lines on the form is plenty. Family members are welcome to book for a parent or grandparent - give us both names and say who we should talk to on the day. SuperGold card holders get a discount on home visits; mention the card when you book.
Areas we cover
We cover Auckland and Hamilton, including the North Shore, West, East and South Auckland, the Hibiscus Coast, Pukekohe and Hamilton. Outside these areas, ask - we quote the travel before booking.

Onsite work is charged at our standard rates: a $30 call-out, the first hour, then half-hour blocks. We never charge by the minute or in 15-minute steps, and there are no hidden extras.
Larger jobs - a new network, a run of cabling, a server or a camera system - get a free quote before any work starts, so you know the cost up front. Parts and equipment are quoted and agreed before we order them.
There is no contract, no monthly fee and no membership. You book the job you need and pay for that job.

No. You book the job you need, we do it, and you pay for that job. There are no contracts and no monthly fees.
How much will it cost?
Onsite visits are a $30 call-out, $135 + GST for the first hour, then $60 + GST for each half hour after that - never by the minute. Remote help is $60 + GST a session. Bigger jobs get a free quote before any work starts.

Right across Auckland and Hamilton - the North Shore, West, East and South Auckland, the Hibiscus Coast, Pukekohe and Hamilton.
When can someone come?
We book visits Mon-Fri 8am-6pm. For businesses that can't stop during the day, after-hours work can be arranged at our normal rates.
Do you do electrical work?
No. We work on devices, networks, data cabling and AV. Anything involving 230 V wiring goes to a registered electrician.
