Most software problems and many hardware ones, yes. If a part is needed we quote it, order it and come back to fit it.
Do you work on Macs?
Yes, we work on Windows PCs, Macs and Chromebooks.
Will I lose my files?
We always protect your files first. If a drive is failing we tell you straight away and try to copy your data off before anything else.
