IT for your industry
Onsite IT that fits how your business works.

Every kind of business uses IT a little differently. An accounting firm lives in its files and Microsoft 365, a builder runs on site photos and a laptop in the ute, a cafe can't take orders without its point of sale. These pages cover what a sound setup looks like for each, and the onsite jobs we do for them.
All of it is one-off work, booked when you need it, with a price agreed before we start and no contract.

Most workplaces fall into a few patterns: offices where people share files and printers, sites with equipment spread across a large floor, shops and venues where the counter has to keep working, and homes that double as an office. The network, the backup and the way devices are looked after change with each pattern, and that's what we plan around.
If your business sits between two of these pages, that's normal. Book the job and tell us how you work - we'll fit the setup to you rather than the other way round.
What a visit looks like
When you book a business job, you tell us what's going on and we reply with a time that suits you and a price. Nothing starts until you're happy with both.
On the day, the technician arrives, looks at the problem in person and confirms the plan with you before starting. If something turns out different from what was expected - a part is needed, or the cause is somewhere else - we stop and agree the change with you first.
When the work is done we test it with you, show you what was changed, and leave the area tidy. For business jobs we note what we did, so there is a record for whoever looks after your IT next.
Pricing
Each business job is priced before work starts. The price depends on what's involved - the size of the site, the equipment, and whether parts are needed - so the quickest way to a number is to tell us about the job on the booking form.
There is no contract and no monthly fee. You book the job you need and pay for that job.
Common questions
Do I have to sign up to anything?
No. You book the job you need, we do it, and you pay for that job. There are no contracts and no monthly fees.
How much will it cost?
You get a clear price before any work starts. Tell us a little about the job on the form and we'll come back with a quote.
Where do you go?

When can someone come?
We book visits Mon-Fri 8am-6pm. For businesses that can't stop during the day, ask about after-hours work.
