Email setup & support is charged at our standard rates: a $30 call-out, the first hour, then half-hour blocks. We never charge by the minute or in 15-minute steps, and there are no hidden extras.

Larger jobs - a new network, a run of cabling, a server or a camera system - get a free quote before any work starts, so you know the cost up front. Parts and equipment are quoted and agreed before we order them.

There is no contract, no monthly fee and no membership. You book the job you need and pay for that job.

Yes. We visit homes and villages across Orewa, Whangaparaoa, Red Beach and Silverdale. Let us know if there is a reception sign-in or a visitor parking area.

Can you finish the data cabling in my new Millwater home?

Yes. We test the cables already installed, terminate them, fit a patch panel or switch where needed and connect the points to your router or access points.

Do you work with businesses in Silverdale?

Yes. We cover the Silverdale commercial and industrial area as well as Orewa and Whangaparaoa, for networks, cabling, CCTV, PCs, printers and backups. Many owner-run firms there have no IT person, so we keep notes of what we did.

We have lost the password to our email account. Can you help?

Usually. We work through the provider's recovery process with you, which may need access to a recovery address or the domain account. Once you are back in, we set a new password, record where it is kept and turn on multi-factor sign-in where the provider supports it.
