Tills, card terminals, printers and networks that keep trading.
Retail & Point-of-Sale IT for businesses and homes in West Auckland: we come to you, do the job on site and test it with you before we leave.
West Auckland businesses are often family-run trades and service firms with a front office and a workshop. We set up and replace PCs, organise Microsoft 365 and shared files, install a server or NAS with a UPS, and put proper backups in place. Clinics and retailers on Lincoln Road need reception and checkout computers that keep going through the day.

We work right across the area, including:
Signs it's time to book
- Customers on the free Wi-Fi share a network with your tills
- A new store opening needs tills, network and cameras ready
- Staff restart the POS computer as a fix, and it keeps coming back
Before we arrive
- The name and support contact of your POS software provider
- Your counter and kitchen layout, with where each device goes
- Router and Wi-Fi admin logins
